Workforce Development
- Funding youth apprenticeship programs and workforce training initiatives for adults.
- Providing scholarships and financial support for career development courses.
Our Staff and General Operational Support
- Supporting dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
- Ensuring the sustainability of CVI’s mission by funding office expenses, staff training, and organizational development.
- Supporting collaborations with other nonprofit organizations to maximize impact.
Research & Program Evaluation
- Conducting research studies to better understand local community needs and develop effective solutions.
- Analyzing successful models from other areas to optimize CVI’s programs.
Community Outreach, Events, and Housing
- Organizing local events to engage and educate the community, such as job fairs and workshops, connecting people to vital resources and support services.
- Assisting with Section 8 vouchers and first-month rent support for individuals in need and other housing costs.
- HMIS intake services.
Women's Supportive Services
- Supporting Women's Empowerment programs, including fitness classes, business workshops, and therapy groups.
- Organizing events that promote personal and professional growth for women in the Central Valley.
